| 扁桃体是人体重要的免疫器官之一，对于儿童生长发育具有重要作用。评估正常扁桃体结构及早期诊断炎症或对肿瘤预后至关重要。超声用于扁桃体成像及诊断相关疾病具有独特优势，但目前国内针对临床扁桃体超声尚未形成完整的规范。本文对超声用于测量、评估正常扁桃体及诊断扁桃体疾病相关研究中的进展进行综述。 |

| Tonsil is one of the important immune organs of human body, which plays an important role in the growth and development of children. The measurement and evaluation of normal tonsil structure and early diagnosis of inflammation or tumor are very important for improving prognosis. Ultrasound has unique advantages in tonsil imaging and diagnosis of related diseases, but no complete standard for clinical application of tonsil ultrasound in China has been published yet now. The progresses of ultrasonic measurement and evaluation of normal tonsil and diagnosis and grading of tonsillar diseases were reviewed in this paper. |
