冠状动脉疾病危害儿童健康。MR无创、无电离辐射,具有软组织对比较好、可多平面三维成像等特点,用于儿童群体具有一定潜力。呼吸门控和运动校正、心电门控、设备和扫描序列等方面的优化和改进在缩短扫描时间的同时提高了空间分辨率,使MR血管成像(MRA)用于检查儿童先天和后天冠状动脉异常取得了一定成果。本文对冠状动脉MRA用于儿童的研究进展进行综述。 |

Coronary artery disease is harmful to children's health. MR is non-invasive, non-ionizing radiation, with good soft tissue contrast and able to perform multi-plane three-dimensional imaging, having certain potential to be applied in children. The optimization and improvement of the technology in respiratory gating and motion correction, electrocardiogram gating, equipment and scanning sequences helps to reduce scanning time and improve spatial resolution at the same time, enabled clinical and scientific achievement of MR angiography (MRA) in congenital and acquired abnormalities of coronary artery in children. The research progresses of coronary artery MRA in children were reviewed in this paper. |
