      MRI是评估关节软骨的重要工具,但常规MRI不能早期发现软骨损伤及退变。随着MRI技术的发展,软骨生化MRI,包括T2 mapping和T2* mapping、旋转框架内自旋晶格弛豫成像技术、软骨延迟增强MRI等,可观察软骨生化成分改变,已越来越多地用于髋关节软骨疾病。本文对髋关节软骨生化MRI应用进展进行综述。

      MRI is an important tool for evaluation of articular cartilage pathology, but conventional MRI can not early detect cartilaginous damage or degeneration. With the development of MR technology, cartilage biochemical MRI, including T2 mapping and T2* mapping, as well as the spin-lattice relaxation in the rotating frame technology and delayed gadolinium-enhanced MRI of cartilage (dGEMRIC), now enables observation of biochemical component changes of cartilage, which has been more and more applied for hip cartilage diseases. The application progresses of biochemical MRI of hip articular cartilages were reviewed in this article.
