      目的 采用声触诊组织成像量化(VTIQ)技术评价正常成人臂丛神经的弹性特征。方法 选取健康志愿者72名,测量两侧C5、C6、C7神经根出口及结节水平剪切波速度(SWV);对结果行一致性检验,对比分析两侧及同条臂丛神经出口及结节水平的SWV。结果 正常臂丛神经出口及结节水平不同测量部位的SWV差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。比较相同神经根出口与结节水平,双侧C5、C6结节水平SWV均高于出口水平(P均<0.05),而C7结节水平SWV低于出口水平(P<0.05)。双侧臂丛神经出口水平SWV差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),而结节水平SWV差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 正常成人相同水平臂丛神经SWV测值几乎不受测量部位影响,神经根出口水平测值的可重复性好于结节水平。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the elastic characteristics of brachial plexus in healthy adults with virtual touch tissue imaging quantification (VTIQ). Methods Totally 72 healthy volunteers were selected, and shear wave velocity (SWV) of bilateral C5, C6, C7 nerve root outlets and nodule levels were measured. The consistency of the measurement results were tested, SWV of bilateral and ipsilateral brachial plexus were examined and compared at different outlets and nodule levels. Results There was no significant statistical difference of SWV among different sites of normal brachial plexus at different outlets nor nodule levels (all P>0.05). Comparison of SWV at different sites of identical brachial plexus, SWV of C5 and C6 on both sides at nodule levels were higher than of outlet levels (all P<0.05), whereas of C7 nodule was lower than that of outlet level (P<0.05). No significant difference of SWV was found between bilateral brachial plexus at outlet level (all P>0.05), but there were significant differences of SWV of brachial plexus at nodule level (all P<0.05). Conclusion SWV of brachial plexus was almost not affected by the measuring sites at the same level, and the repeatability of results at nerve root outlet level was better than that at nodule level.
