目的 评价MR三维快速扰相梯度回波(3D FSPGR)序列显示甲状腺结节的图像质量。方法 回顾性分析60例甲状腺结节患者的快速自旋回波(FSE)及3D FSPGR序列脂肪抑制增强T1WI,对甲状腺结节及正常甲状腺组织的图像质量及脂肪抑制效果、呼吸吞咽运动伪影进行主观评价,并对比甲状腺结节和正常甲状腺组织图像的信噪比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR)。结果 甲状腺结节3D FSPGR序列成像主观评分平均得分高于FSE序列(P<0.001)。3D FSPGR序列成像中,甲状腺结节的SNR和CNR及正常甲状腺组织图像的SNR均高于FSE序列(P均<0.05)。结论 甲状腺3D FSPGR序列图像质量优于FSE序列,显示甲状腺结节更佳。 |

Objective To evaluate image quality of MR three dimensional fast spoiled gradient echo (3D FSPGR) sequence for displaying thyroid nodules. Methods Data of 60 patients with thyroid nodule were retrospectively analyzed mainly focused on fast spin echo (FSE) and 3D FSPGR fat-suppressed T1WI. The image quality of thyroid nodule and thyroid tissue, fat suppression effect and respiratory or swallowing motion artifact were subjectively evaluated, and signal noise ratio (SNR) and contrast noise ratio (CNR) of thyroid nodule and thyroid tissue images were assessed and compared between FSE and 3D FSPGR sequences. Results The mean subjective score of 3D FSPGR sequence of thyroid nodules were higher than that of FSE sequence (P<0.001). SNR and CNR on 3D FSPGR imaging of thyroid nodule were higher than those of FSE imaging, also SNR of thyroid tissue (all P<0.05). Conclusion The image quality of 3D FSPGR sequence was better than that of FSE sequence for displaying thyroid, especially for thyroid nodules. |
