| 目的 探讨超声诊断及鉴别诊断巨大肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤（RAML）的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析23例巨大RAML患者的CT、病理及临床资料，并结合文献复习，评价超声的诊断及鉴别诊断效能。结果 超声显示23例RAML均位于肾脂肪囊内，最大长径均>8 cm，其内部以高回声为主，5例合并动脉瘤、4例合并血肿，14例无合并症。结论 超声可用于临床诊断及鉴别诊断巨大RAML的检查方法。 |

| Objective To explore the applicated value of ultrasongraphy in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of giant renal angiomyolipoma (RAML). Methods CT, pathological and clinical data of 23 patients with giant RAML were analyzed retrospectively. Combined with literature review, the diagnostic and differential diagnostic efficacy of ultrasound were evaluated. Results Ultrasound of 23 cases of RAML showed all lessions were located in the renal capsule, whose maximum diameter >8 cm, internal were mainly hyperechoic; 5 cases with aneurysm, 4 cases with hematoma formation, 14 cases without complications. Conclusion Ultrasound can be used for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of giant RAML in clinic. |
