目的 应用分层应变技术评价不同低温条件下兔左心室心肌纵向收缩功能变化。方法 选取新西兰兔30只,随机分为常温组、低温A组、低温B组,每组10只,常温组置于室温22~25℃,低温A、B组分别置于-25℃条件下4 h和8 h。比较各组心内膜层、中层及心外膜层的心肌收缩期纵向峰值应变(LS)。结果 3组心肌LS值由心内膜层至心外膜层呈递减趋势;低温A组心内膜层心肌LS绝对值较常温组降低(P<0.05),低温B组3层心肌LS值绝对值较常温组均明显降低(P均<0.01);低温B组3层心肌LS值的绝对值均显著低于低温A组(P均<0.05)。结论 新西兰兔左心室壁3层心肌LS值随低温时间改变受累程度不同,心肌纵向分层应变技术可更早发现左心室收缩功能减低,心内膜层心肌应变较心外膜层心肌应变敏感。 |

Objective To evaluate longitudinal systolic function of left ventricular myocardium in rabbits at different low temperatures with layered strain technique. Methods Totally 30 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into normal temperature group, low temperature A group and low temperature B group, 10 rabbits in each group. The normal temperature group was placed at room temperature from 22—25℃, while the low temperature group A and B were placed at -25℃ for 4 h and 8 h, respectively. The longitudinal peak strain (LS) of subendocardium, middle and subepicardium myocardium systolic period of each group were compared. Results The myocardial LS values of the three groups decreased from endocardium to subepicardium. Compared with normal temperature group, the absolute values LS value of subendocardium myocardium in low temperature group A decreased (P<0.05). LS values of the three layers of myocardium in low temperature group B were significantly decreased (all P<0.01). Compared with group A, the absolute values of LS values of the three layers of myocardium in low temperature group B were lower than those in low temperature group A (all P<0.05). Conclusion The myocardial LS values of the three layers of left ventricular wall in New Zealand rabbits varies with different low temperature times. The longitudinal stratifying strain stratification technique can show lower left ventricular systolic function earlier, and the change of endocardial strain is more sensitive than that of the epicardium. |
