| 腮腺肿瘤是涎腺肿瘤的最常见类型，大多为良性，但恶性仍占一定比例。手术是治疗腮腺肿瘤的主要方法.术前评估良恶性腮腺肿瘤，对术前准备、选择手术方式及预后评估具有重要意义。超声新技术对于鉴别良恶性腮腺肿瘤及区分良性肿瘤类型具有较好价值。本文对超声新技术术前诊断腮腺肿瘤研究进展展开综述。 |

| Parotid gland tumor is the most common type of salivary gland tumors, most of which are benign, but malignant tumors still account for a certain proportion. Surgery was the main method for treatment of parotid gland tumor. Preoperative evaluation of benign and malignant parotid gland tumors was of great significances for preoperative preparation, selection of surgical mode and prognosis evaluation. The new ultrasound technologies have great value in differentiating benign and malignant tumors of the parotid gland and distinguishing types of benign tumors. The application progresses of ultrasound and new ultrasound technologies in preoperative diagnosis of parotid gland tumor were reviewed in this article. |
