      肺癌是对人类生命威胁最大的癌症之一。虽然已在预防和治疗肺癌方面取得重大进展,但对于表现为磨玻璃结节(GGN)的早期肺癌尚难以明确诊断。18F-FDG PET/CT可同时显示肺GGN的解剖特点与功能信息,通过纹理分析可获得其内部信息,对诊断肺癌、分期及预测预后等具有重要意义。本文对18F-FDG PET/CT鉴别良恶性肺GGN、不同浸润阶段肺腺癌性GGN及肺GGN纹理分析等应用进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Lung cancer is one of the most life-threatening cancers in human beings. Although significant progresses have been made in prevention and treatment of lung cancer, the diagnosis of early lung cancer manifested as ground glass nodules (GGN) is still difficult. 18F-FDG PET/CT can simultaneously display anatomical characteristics and functional information of lung GGN. Texture analysis of PET/CT images can reflect the internal information of lung GGN, which is of great significance for diagnosis, staging and predicting prognosis of lung cancer. The application progresses of 18F-FDG PET/CT for identification of benign and malignant lung GGN, different infiltration stages of lung adenocarcinoma presenting as GGN and the texture analysis of GGN were reviewed in this article.
