近年来,针对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的治疗方法进展迅速。影像组学从医学图像中挖掘和筛选有价值的特征,以解析临床、分子和遗传等表型特征,有望在肺癌精准治疗中发挥重要作用。本文对影像组学评价化学治疗、放射治疗、靶向治疗及免疫治疗NSCLC疗效的应用进展进行综述。 |

The treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) developed rapidly in recent years. Radiomics has been used to mine and screen valuable features from medical images to analyze clinical, molecular and genetic phenotypic characteristics, which is expected to play an important role in accurate treatment of lung cancer. The application progresses of radiomics in evaluation on treatment response of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy for NSCLC were reviewed in this paper. |
