多种疾病可对左心房结构和功能造成影响。超声心动图可无创评价左心房容积和功能,并提供多个定量指标对疾病进行诊断和评估预后。基于二维超声心动图的椭圆体模型法和辛普森法可以测量不同功能时相左心房的容积,评估左心房功能。斑点追踪、实时三维超声心动图和速度向量成像等新技术可以更加全面地反映左心房功能。本文对超声心动图评价左心房容积和功能的研究进展进行综述。 |

Many diseases can affect the structure and function of left atrium. Echocardiography can estimate left atrial volume and function noninvasively, providing quantitative indexes for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of some diseases. The ellipsoid model or Simpson's rule based on 2D echocardiography can measure the left atrial volume in different functional phases and evaluate the corresponding left atrial function. New techniques, such as speckle tracking echocardiography, real-time three-dimensional echocardiography and velocity vector imaging, can better reflect the function of left atrium. The research progresses of echocardiography in evaluation on left atrial volume and function were reviewed in this article. |
