阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种慢性中枢神经系统退行性疾病,发病率高,预后差,给社会和家庭带来沉重负担。早期诊断和有效干预AD尤为重要。AD最早出现病变的部位是海马,利用医学影像学尽早识别海马及其相关脑区损伤,为早期诊断AD提供依据,是目前的研究热点。结构MRI(sMRI)能反映人脑的结构和解剖学情况,在早期诊断AD中发挥重要作用。本文就sMRI诊断早期AD的应用进展进行综述。 |

Alzheimer disease (AD) is a chronic central nervous system degenerative disease with high incidence and poor prognosis, which brings the heavy burden to society and family. Early diagnosis and effective intervention of AD are particularly important. The earliest lesion of AD happens in the hippocampus. Detecting lesions of the hippocampus and their related brain areas as early as possible, providing evidences for early diagnosis of AD with medical imaging has been a hot spot of research. Structural MRI (sMRI) can reflect the structure and anatomy of human brain, therefore play an important role in early diagnosis of AD. The progresses of sMRI in the diagnosis of early AD were reviewed in this article. |
