目的 探讨口服与注射18F-NaF两种给药途径对PET/CT骨显像中靶/本底比值的影响。方法 选取20例接受18F-NaF PET/CT骨显像检查的患者,于静脉注射18F-NaF后1 h(A组)行全身PET/CT采集;间隔1天后口服相同剂量18F-NaF后1 h(B组)及2 h(C组)再次行全身PET/CT采集。记录各部位骨骼和肌肉最大标准化摄取比值(SUVmax),以骨骼为靶组织、邻近肌肉为本底,计算骨骼SUVmax/肌肉SUVmax值(靶/本底比值)。比较3组各部位SUVmax及靶/本底比值差异。结果 20例中,2例退出研究,最终18例患者完成所有检查。与A组相比,B组15例可见胃部显像剂分布,3例未见;C组胃部均未见显影,但10例可见肠道显像剂分布,余8例未见。3组间竖脊肌和双侧臀大肌SUVmax差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);3组间其他部位本底SUVmax及各部位靶组织SUVmax、靶/本底比值差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),其中C组及A组各指标均高于B组(P均<0.05),而C组与A组差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 口服18F-NaF后2 h采集PET/CT的图像质量和靶/本底比值与静脉注射18F-NaF相似。口服给药可用于临床日常工作,尤其适用于难以接受静脉注射者。 |

Objective To investigate the impact of oral and intravenous injection of 18F-NaF on target/background ratio in PET/CT bone imaging. Methods A total of 20 patients who underwent 18F-NaF PET/CT bone imaging were selected. Whole body PET/CT was performed 1 h after intravenous injection of 18F-NaF (group A), again 1 h (group B) and 2 h (group C) after oral administration of the same dose of 18F-NaF 1 day later. The maximum standardized uptake ratio (SUVmax) of skeleton and muscle were recorded. The skeletons and the adjacent muscles were taken as the target tissue and background, respectively. SUVmax/muscle SUVmax value (target/background ratio) of skeletons were calculated. The differences of SUVmax and target/background ratios were compared among the 3 groups. Results Among 20 patients, 2 patients were withdrawn from the study, and eventually 18 patients completed all examinations. Compared with group A, distribution of gastric imaging agents was found in 15 patients in group B. There was no development in the stomach of group C, but intestinal imaging agents were found in 10 patients. There was no significant difference in SUVmax of erector spinae nor bilateral gluteus maximus among 3 groups (all P>0.05). The differences of the target/base ratio,target SUVmax and the base SUVmax of other parts among 3 groups were statistically significant (all P<0.05), and the indexes of group C and A were higher than those in group B (all P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between group C and A (all P>0.05). Conclusion PET/CT image quality and target/background ratio collected after oral administration of 18F-NaF 2 h are similar to those of intravenous injection. Oral administration can be used in clinical routine work, especially for patients who are difficult for intravenous injection. |
