| 目的 基于颞骨HRCT图像统计我国3岁以上人群中上半规管裂的发生率，观察上半规管裂的HRCT特征。方法 回顾性分析接受颞骨HRCT检查的3 904例（7 216侧）受检者的CT图像，以64排螺旋CT行颞骨容积扫描，并对原始图像进行标准化处理，在斜矢状位重建图像中评估有无上半规管裂，并记录上半规管裂的发生部位及宽度。结果 3 904例中，共发现上半规管裂16例（18侧），总发生率为4.10‰（16/3 904），其中男性和女性发生率分别约3.69‰（7/1 897）和4.48‰（9/2 007），不同年龄组间和同一年龄组男女性别间上半规管裂的发生率差异均无统计学意义（P均>0.05）。上半规管裂多发生于上半规管顶壁中部（n=13），其次为后部（n=2）和前部（n=1）；裂隙宽度为0.4~4.8 mm，平均（2.79±1.37）mm。结论 在我国上半规管裂的总发生率约为4.10‰，其发生率与年龄及性别无关，裂隙较窄，且多位于上半规管顶壁中部。 |

| Objective To estimate the incidence rate of the superior semicircular canal dehiscence (SSCD) with HRCT of people more than 3 years old in China, and to analyze the HRCT features of SSCD. Methods HRCT images of 3 904 subjects (7 216 sides) were reviewed retrospectively. The original data acquired with 64-slice spiral CT was normalized, then SSCD was evaluated in oblique sagittal images. The width and location of SSCD were recorded. Results Among all 3 904 subjects, 16 were found with SSCD (18 sides), and the incidence rate of SSCD was 4.10‰ (16/3 904). The incidence rate of males and females was 3.69‰ (7/1 897) and 4.48‰ (9/2 007), respectively. There was no significant difference of the incidence rate of SSCD in different age nor sex (all P>0.05). Most dehiscences located in the media of the highest parts of the superior semicircular canal (n=13), followed by the posterior part (n=2) and the anterior part (n=1). The width of SSCD was 0.4-4.8 mm, with the average of (2.79±1.37)mm. Conclusion The total incidence rate of SSCD is about 4.10‰ in China, with no relationship to age nor sex. Most dehiscences are narrow, locating in the media of the highest parts of the superior semicircular canal. |
