      胎儿心功能对判断胎儿宫内情况、监测病情及预测预后具有重要意义。超声心动图是产前常用评价胎儿心功能的非侵入性影像学方法之一,组织多普勒、速度向量成像、空间-时间相关成像等超声心动图新技术可为临床评价胎儿心功能提供客观、准确的信息。本文就超声心动图新技术评价胎儿心功能的研究进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Fetal cardiac function plays a pivotal role in the diagnosis, monitoring and prediction of outcomes in various fetal conditions. Echocardiography is a common non-invasive imaging method in prenatal evaluation of cardiac function. Novel echocardiographic techniques, including tissue Doppler imaging, velocity vector imaging and spatio-temporal image correlation can evaluate fetal cardiac function accurately and objectively. The progresses of novel echocardiographic techniques in assessment of fetal cardiac function were reviewed in this article.
