肥胖症在全球的发生率逐年上升。目前研究认为肥胖症的病理生理基础是脂肪组织的早期炎症改变。此外,脂肪组织更是一种内分泌器官,可以分泌多种脂肪因子。这些机制引起脂肪、骨骼及肌肉间的交互作用。减重手术是针对肥胖症患者减轻体质量、治疗肥胖相关慢性疾病的有效手段,术后体质成分的变化已引起广泛关注。通过双能X线吸收测量法(DXA)、定量CT (QCT)及MRI对这些变化进行客观、定量检测,可为患者进行全面术前评估、及时反馈术后身体成分改变提供科学依据。 |

The prevalence of obesity in the world is increasing year by year. The current study suggests that the pathophysiology of obesity is an early inflammatory in the adipose tissue. In addition, adipose tissue is an endocrine organ that secretes a variety of adipokines, which are mechanisms of the cross-talk between fat, bone and muscle. Bariatric surgery is an effective method for obesity patients to reduce weight and treat obesity-related chronic diseases. Postoperative changes in body composition are widely concerned. These variations can be objectively and quantitatively detected with dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA), quantitative CT (QCT) and MRI, then providing a scientific basis for comprehensive preoperative assessment and timely feedback of postoperative alterations in body composition. |
