      目的 采用静息态fMRI (rs-fMRI)体素镜像同伦功能连接(VMHC)方法,分析月经性偏头痛(MM)患者双侧大脑半球间功能连接改变。方法 收集15例MM患者(MM组)和15名处于月经期的健康志愿者(对照组),采用疼痛强度数字评价量表(NRS)对疼痛程度进行评分。采集rs-fMRI数据,应用REST软件分析两侧大脑半球镜像对称体素间的VMHC值,获得VMHC值有显著性差异的脑区,并分析MM组患者差异脑区的VMHC值与NRS评分的相关性。结果 与对照组比较,MM组双侧额中回、楔前叶、前扣带回和中央后回VMHC值显著增高,MM组双侧前扣带回VMHC值与NRS评分呈正相关(r=0.82,P<0.01)。结论 静息态下,MM患者双侧大脑半球间功能连接异常,对理解MM的生理机制及相关临床表现提供新的视角。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the alterations of functional connectivity between inter-hemisphere of patients with the menstrual migraine (MM) using resting-state fMRI (rs-fMRI) based on voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity (VMHC).Methods Totally 15 patients with MM (MM group) and 15 normal volunteers (control group) were enrolled and underwent rs-fMRI scanning. Numerical rating scale (NRS) was performed on each participant to evaluate the pain intensity. VMHC value between brain hemispheres was calculated with REST software base on rs-fMRI data, and the regions with significant different VMHC value were obtained. The correlation between VMHC in significant regions and NRS scores was evaluated.Results Compared with control group, significantly higher VMHC value was found in bilateral middle frontal gyrus, precuneus, anterior cingulate gyrus and postcentral gyrus in MM group. VMHC value of bilateral anterior cingulate gyrus correlated positively with NRS scores (r=0.82, P<0.01).Conclusion Sgnificant abnormal inter-hemisphere functional connectivity is found in patients with MM, which might provide a new perspective to understand the pathophysiological mechanism of MM.
