      目的 探讨第3代双源CT低剂量扫描结合高级建模迭代重建(ADMIRE)技术在中华田园犬模拟婴幼儿颅脑CT平扫中的参数优化。方法 分别以不同扫描条件对10只健康中华田园犬颅脑模拟婴幼儿颅脑行颅脑CT平扫,A组管电压100 kV,采用FBP重建;B组和C组管电压分别设定为80 kV和70 kV,采用ADMIRE重建。比较不同扫描条件下3组的辐射剂量、图像质量客观指标(噪声、SNR、CNR)及图像质量主观评分的差异。结果 A、B和C组的有效剂量分别为(0.61±0.12) mSv、(0.33±0.06) mSv和(0.21±0.04) mSv,B组和C组的有效剂量较A组分别减少45.90%和65.57%。3组图像噪声、SNR及CNR的差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。A组和B组的图像质量评分均≥ 3分,可满足诊断要求,C组图像质量评分<3分,不能满足诊断要求。结论 根据动物实验结果推测,第3代双源CT 80 kV管电压结合ADMIRE重建可在满足临床诊断要求的同时减少辐射剂量,值得推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective To optimize the protocol of low-dose brain CT scan with advanced modeled iterative reconstruction (ADMIRE) with third-generation dual-source CT in infants simulated by Chinese rural dogs.Methods Ten healthy Chinese rural dogs, simulating infants, were scanned with different scanning protocols. The tube voltage was set to 100 kV, combining with filtered back-projection (FBP) reconstruction in group A, while the tube voltages of group B and C were set 80 kV and 70 kV, combining with ADMIRE in group B and C, respectively. The radiation dose, objective parameters of image quality (including noise, SNR and CNR) and subjective image quality scores among 3 groups were analyzed.Results The effective dose (ED) in group A, B and C was (0.61±0.12)mSv, (0.33±0.06)mSv and (0.21±0.04)mSv, respectively. Compared with group A, ED of group B and C reduced by 45.90% and 65.57%, respectively. The image noise, SNR and CNR were statistically different among 3 groups (P<0.05). The image quality scores of group A and B were more than 3, which could meet the clinical diagnostic requirements, while the quality scores of group C was less than 3, which could not meet the diagnostic requirement.Conclusion According to the results of animal experiments, the third generation dual-source CT 80 kV tube voltage with ADMIRE can meet clinical diagnosis requirements while reducing the radiation dose, which is a good low-dose scanning protocol.
