目的 观察婴儿型纤维肉瘤(IFS)的影像学表现。方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的7例IFS患儿的影像学资料,观察病变部位、边界、形态、大小、回声/密度/信号、转移、侵犯及血供状况。结果 5例病灶位于四肢,1例位于躯干,1例位于腹腔。超声显示病变为形状不规则、内部回声不均质或欠均质的混合回声包块,5例呈不均质中等偏强回声、2例呈中等偏低回声,病灶内可探及无回声区,血供丰富。5例患儿接受CT检查,表现为不均匀软组织密度影,增强后呈不均匀强化,未见钙化、骨质破坏及远处转移。2例接受MR检查,T1WI及T2WI表现为不均匀信号,增强后呈不均匀强化。结论 影像学检查可清晰显示IFS病变形态、大小、实质部分内部结构、血供及其与周围组织的关系。 |

Objective To observe imaging manifestations of infantile fibrosarcoma (IFS).Methods Imaging features of histopathologically proved IFS in 7 patients were retrospectively analyzed. The location, margin, morphous, size, echoic/density/signal intensity, metastasis, invasion and vascularity of tumors were observed.Results The tumors located in extremities (n=5), trunk (n=1) or abdomen (n=1), respectively. Ultrasound showed irregular morphology, heterogeneous hyper-echoic areas with circumscribed margin in all 7 patients. The lesions in 5 cases were iso-hyperechoic, 2 were iso-hypoechoic. Anechoic areas and abundant tumor blood flow signals were demonstrated. CT (n=5) showed heterogeneous soft-tissue masses with heterogeneous enhancement. No calcification, bone erosion nor distant metastasis was found with CT. The lesions usually showed inhomogeneous signal intensity on T1WI or T2WI, with heterogeneous enhancement after contrast administration.Conclusion Imaging examination can clear show the morphous, size, internal architecture and vascularity of tumors as well as relationship with surrounding tissues of IFS. |
