| 随着对DWI研究的深入，尽管多个扩散模型被提出，但临床最为常用的是基于单指数模型的DWI，主要因单指数DWI具有成像时间短、后处理快速及计算结果稳定等优点。在单指数DWI研究中，DWI图像及参数图（ADC图、cDWI、b值图）等各有优点。本文对单指数DWI原理及应用进展进行综述。 |

| With the research of DWI, a lot of diffusion models have been proposed, but the monoexponential model of DWI is the most commonly used in clinical, the main reason is monoexponential DWI has advantages of short time, rapid imaging post-processing and stability of calculation results. DWI and ADC, cDWI, b-value map have their own advantages. In this paper, the principle and applications of monoexponential DWI were reviewed. |
