锰离子作为对比剂的磁共振成像技术在肿瘤诊断中不仅表现出不同于常规钆对比剂的强化特性,而且在肿瘤检出、定性及随访等方面有独特优势,具有一定的研究及临床应用价值。发掘该技术在肿瘤诊断中的潜力,有利于弥补常规钆对比剂的不足,为临床提供有价值的信息。本文对锰增强磁共振成像在肿瘤诊断、检测肿瘤放疗后改变及与瘤细胞钙离子活动相关病理生理改变、监测肿瘤的发生发展过程等的研究进展进行综述。 |

Manganese-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MEMRI) technique, utilizing manganese-based contrast medium, has been found to not only has distinct enhancement features from conventional gadolinium-based agent, but also demonstrate unique property in detection, characterization and follow-up of tumors, which is valuable both in research and clinical application. Investigating the potential application of MEMRI in diagnosis of neoplasm is beneficial to compensate the limitation of conventional gadolinium agent, and provide valuable information for clinical use. The research advances of MEMRI application in tumor diagnosis, detection of tumor response after radiotherapy, pathophysiological changes of tumor cells related to Ca2+ activity, and monitoring and following up tumor development and progress were reviewed in this article. |
