| 目的 比较研究黄体酮—平阳霉素乳剂和聚乙烯醇颗粒在子宫肌壁间肌瘤介入治疗中的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 随机将50例子宫肌壁间肌瘤患者分为黄体酮—平阳霉素乳剂组和聚乙烯醇颗粒栓塞组，观测2组治疗前和治疗后6、12个月的月经量、子宫肌瘤肌瘤体积及不良反应。结果 2组术后月经量情况差异无统计学意义（P=0.973）；术后6个月2组间子宫肌瘤体积差异无统计学意义（P=0.094），术后12个月后肌瘤体积PVA颗粒栓塞组小于黄体酮—平阳霉素乳剂栓塞组（P<0.001）；2组间不良反应情况差异无统计学意义（P均>0.05）。结论 黄体酮—平阳霉素乳剂和聚乙烯醇颗粒在子宫肌壁间肌瘤介入治疗中均有效，6个月内效果无差异，1年后聚乙烯醇颗粒栓塞组疗效优于黄体酮—平阳霉素乳剂栓塞组。 |

| Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of progesterone-pingyangmycin emulsion and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) granule in interventional treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods Totally 50 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into two groups, progesterone-pingyangmycin emulsion group (patients treated with progesterone-pingyangmycin emulsion) and PVA granule group (patients were treated with PVA granule). The menstrual blood volume, sizes of uterine fibroids and adverse reactions of patients were observed at 6 months and 12 months after treatment, respectively. Results The difference in menstrual blood volume between two groups had no statistically significant (P=0.973). There was no statistically significant difference in uterine fibroid sizes between the two groups at 6 months after treatment (P=0.094). The uterine fibroid size of PVA granule group was less than progesterone-pingyangmycin emulsion group at 12 months after treatment (P<0.001). The difference of adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistically difference (all P>0.05). Conclusion Progesterone-pingyangmycin emulsion and PVA granule are effective in treating uterine fibroids, with similar efficacy for the first 6 months after treatment. But PVA granule shows better efficacy than progesterone-pingyangmycin emulsion at 1 year after treatment. |
