| 目的 探讨化脓性肉芽肿的声像图表现特点。方法 回顾性分析经病理证实的30例化脓性肉芽肿的资料，观察其超声特征。结果 肿块最大径约5~15 mm，平均（9.0±3.0） mm。25例化脓性肉芽肿累及手部及头面部。24例病灶位于皮肤（黏膜）皮下层或皮肤（黏膜）层，6例位于皮下层。21例病灶向皮肤或黏膜表面隆起。30例病灶均表现为形态规则的均匀弱回声。28例病灶边界清楚，2例边界欠清楚。11例病灶局部表皮不均匀增厚，5例病灶局部表皮不连续。CDFI示83.33%（25/30）肿块内血流信号丰富，以Adler 3级血流为主。结论 化脓性肉芽肿的声像图表现具有一定特点，有助于早期诊断。 |

| Objective To investigate the ultrasonic manifestations of granuloma pyogenicum. Methods Data of 30 patients with granuloma pyogenicum comfirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Ultrasonic characteristics were observed. Results The maximun diameters were 5-15 mm, with an average (9.0±3.0) mm. Twenty-five masses were found in hand, face or head. Tewnty-four masses were located in the skin (mucosal) and subcutaneous layer, or in skin (mucosal) layer, and 6 masses in subcutaneous layer. 21 masses protruded from the skin or mucosal surfaces. All of the 30 masses were homogeneous hypoechoic nodules with regularity. Boundary of 28 masses were clear, while the remaining 2 masses were not clear. Eleven masses epidermis were thickened, uniformly or not, and 5 masses epidermis were not continuous. CDFI showed rich blood detected in 83.33% (25/30) of the masses (especially Adler 3 grade). Conclusion Ultrasonographic manifestations of granuloma pyogenicum have some characteristics, which can be contribute to early diagnsis. |
