| 目的 探讨艾滋病合并肺结核的X线影像特征。方法 收集非洲多哥经确诊的艾滋病合并肺结核患者54例，分析其胸部X线表现特征。结果 典型型肺结核9例（9/54，16.67%）、血源型5例（5/54，9.26%）、肺炎型17例（17/54，31.48%）、不典型型23例（23/54，42.59%）；不同肺结核分型患者的病灶X线征象比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=83.11，P < 0.001）。结论 艾滋病合并肺结核的X线表现多样，依据X线特征对其归纳分类，可为艾滋病合并肺结核的影像诊断提供新思路。 |

| Objective To explore the X-ray imaging characteristics of AIDS complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Totally 54 patients confirmed AIDS complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis in Togo were enrolled and its X-ray features were analyzed.Results AIDS complicated with typical type pulmonary tuberculosis were 9 cases (9/54, 16.67%), blood type were 5 cases (5/54, 9.26%), pneumonia type were 17 cases (17/54, 31.48%), and atypical type were 23 cases (23/54, 42.59%), respectively. X-ray imaging characteristics of different types of pulmonary tuberculosis had statistical significant difference (χ2=83.11, P<0.001). Conclusion X-ray manifestations of pulmonary tuberculosis in AIDS patients had diversity and its classification basing on the characteristics of X-ray could provide new diagnostic ideas. |
