体素内不相干运动(IVIM)扩散加权成像(IVIM-DWI)是在传统DWI基础上,分离、提取水分子的真性扩散和微循环灌注形成的假性扩散,采用多b值、双指数数学模型而获取的DWI影像,其可反映体素内信号衰减与b值的关系。IVIM-DWI目前已广泛应用于肝脏疾病的研究。本文就该技术在肝脏MR成像中的应用进展进行综述。 |

Intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) is an new technique based on traditional DWI, which can truly separate and extract water molecules diffusion and microcirculation perfusion pseudo-diffusion, and choose multi-b-value and bi-exponential model to obtain DWI. It can reflect the relationship between signal attenuation within the voxel and b values. Nowadays, IVIM-DWI has been widely used in the studies of liver diseases. In this article, the recent progresses of MR-IVIM in liver imaging were reviewed. |
