中枢神经系统疾病常同时伴炎症反应,小胶质细胞激活是脑缺血后炎症反应的标志事件,其过度活化导致的神经毒性作用备受关注。以活化小胶质细胞作为生物标记实现炎症反应可视化,对诊断疾病、监测病情和个体化治疗有重要意义。本文就小胶质细胞相关的分子影像技术在脑缺血后炎症成像中的研究进展进行综述。 |

The diseases of the central nervous system are often accompanied with inflammation. The activation of microglia is a marker of inflammatory response after cerebral ischemia and concerned with the neurotoxicity caused by excessive activation. It is of great significance that the visualization of inflammation with activated microglia as biological marker in the diagnosis and monitoring of diseases and individual treatment. The progresses of molecular imaging focus on the activated microglia in inflammation imaging after cerebral ischemia were reviewed in this articles. |
