      目的 通过静息态fMRI检测健康成年人饮酒前后脑分数低频振幅(fALFF)的改变,探讨急性酒精暴露后脑功能变化特点。方法 共纳入健康成年男性19名,通过3.0T MR仪器采集饮酒前后脑静息态功能数据,计算标准化fALFF值,并进行配对t检验比较其差异。结果 酒精暴露下fALFF值明显降低的脑区包括:右侧角回/枕中回、右侧额上回眶部、右侧额上回背内侧(P均<0.001);fALFF值增加的脑区包括:右侧颞上回后部、右侧中央岛盖,右侧颞上回颞极部(P均<0.001)。结论 健康成年人饮酒后静息态脑网络发生广泛性改变,并存在功能增强和减弱脑区。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the changes of brain function in acute alcohol exposure healthy individuals, according to the difference of the fractional amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation (fALFF) of brain before and after drinking alcohol measured by resting-state fMRI. Methods Nineteen healthy male volunteers were examined by rest-state fMRI scans on a 3.0T MRI scanner before and after drinking alcohol. The standardized fALFF value were calculated, and the statistical differences were analyzed with paired t-test. Results In contrast to pre-alcohol, the functional decreased brain regions of post-alcohol were the right angular gyrus/the right middle occipital gyrus, the orbital part of the right superior frontal gyrus and the dorsomedial part of the right superior frontal gyrus (all P<0.001), while functional increased brain regions were the right superior temporal gyrus, right central operculum area and right superior temporal pole (all P<0.001). Conclusion The extensive resting-state network changes after drinking alcohol in healthy adults, and resting-state fMRI can show the functional increased and decreased brain areas.
