| 目前,胆囊切除术是胆囊疾病的首选治疗手段。然而在胆囊功能尚可保留的情况下盲目切除胆囊,会破坏消化系统原有的解剖结构和生理功能。影像学检查方法不仅能诊断胆囊疾病,还能指导治疗方案的选择。本文旨在对影像学方法评估胆囊功能的研究进展进行综述。 |

| Cholecystectomy has been considered to be the first choice for the patients who suffered the gallbladder diseases. Original digestive anatomy and physiological function of gallbladder may be destroyed, when the gallbladder are blindly removed. Imaging methods can not only help to diagnose gallbladder disease, but also can determine how to deal with it. Development of imaging methods in evaluation on gallbladder function were reviewed in this article. |
