目的 探讨全数字化乳腺X线摄影技术中内外斜位(MLO)的投照角度对图像质量的影响。方法 收集接受乳腺X线摄影检查的受检者1 000例,根据MLO位投照角度是否固定分为3个实验组(A、B、C组,MLO位分别以30°、45°、60°的固定角度进行投照)和对照组(D组,MLO位在30°~60°间以平行于胸大肌角度投照),每组250例。对4组图像质量分别进行评价,并进行统计学分析。结果 A、B、C组甲级片分别占84.00%、91.40%、85.60%,乙级片分别占14.00%、7.40%、13.20%,丙级片分别占2.00%、1.20%、1.20%。D组甲级片占92.20%,乙级片占6.80%,丙级片占1.00%。A组和C组质量略低于D组,且各级图像例数均与D组差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。B组各级图像例数与D组差异无统计学意义(P=0.89)。结论 采用45°进行MLO位投照,既不会影响图像质量,又可提高检查效率。 |

Objective To explore the effects of projection angle of mediolateral obliqde (MLO) on image quality of mammography. Methods Totally 1000 subjects were involved and were divided to 3 experimental groups (group A, B, C, each n=250) and control group (group D, n=250). The projection angle of group A, B and C were 30°, 45° and 60° respectively. MLO in group D located between 30°-60°, and the projection angle was parallel to pectoralis muscle. Image quality in 4 groups were evaluated and analyzed statistically. Results The ratio of grade Ⅰimage in group A, B, C were 84.00%, 91.40%, 85.60%, grade Ⅱ image were 14.00%, 7.40%, 13.20%, and grade Ⅲ image were 2.00%, 1.20%, 1.20%, respectively. The ratio of grade Ⅰimage in group D was 92.20%, grade Ⅱ image was 6.80%, and grade Ⅲ image was 1.00%, respectively. The image quality in group A and B was lower than group D, and compared to group D, the difference of different grade image number had significant statistically (both P<0.05). Compared to group D, the difference of different grade image number in group B had not significant statistically (P=0.89). Conclusion It can not affect the image quality, but also can improve the efficiency of inspection with 45° MLO projection. |
