| 目的 探讨产前超声诊断胎儿外生殖器异常的价值。方法 回顾性分析外生殖器异常胎儿的声像图特征。结果 10 182胎胎儿中超声诊断外生殖器异常30胎,其中25胎经出生或引产后证实,5胎为假阳性;漏诊1胎两性畸形。此31胎中12胎合并多发畸形。结论 胎儿外生殖器异常具有特征性的超声表现,掌握其产前超声的图像特征,对提高胎儿外生殖器异常的产前诊断有重要价值。 |

| Objective To explore the value of prenatal ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal external genital abnormalities. Methods The ultrasonic features of fetal external genital abnormalities were retrospectively analyzed. Results Thirty fetuses had external genital abnormalities in 10182 fetuses detected by prenatal ultrasound, of which 25 fetuses were right and 5 fetuses were false-positive identified by the examination after fetal birth and induced labor. One fetus with hermaphroditism was not screened out with ultrasound. Additionally, 12 fetuses accompanied with multiple malformations in those 31 fetuses. Conclusion Fetal external genital abnormalities have some ultrasonic features. And it is significant in improving the accuracy of diagnosing fetal external genital abnormalities to master these features of prenatal ultrasound. |
