| 目的 通过CEUS分析子宫腺肌症患者的声像图和时间-强度曲线(TIC)特征。方法 将42例子宫腺肌症患者按病理结果分为弥漫型组(n=30)和局限型组(n=12),以10名正常者作为对照组,观察ROI造影剂灌注声像图特点,并分析病灶区的TIC参数,包括始增时间(AT)、峰值时间(TTP)、上升时间(RT)及峰值强度(IMAX),比较3组血流灌注情况和TIC参数。结果 弥漫型组、局限型组与对照组的增强均匀度及峰值强度的差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。弥漫型组和局限型组与对照组TTP、RT及IMAX差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 子宫腺肌症CEUS的不同的灌注特征和TIC的特点,可为定量分析诊断子宫腺肌症的提供重要的参考依据。 |

| Objective To investigate the sonographic and time-intensity curve (TIC) features of uterine adenomyosis with CEUS.Methods All of 42 adenomyosis patients were divided into diffuse group (n=30) and focal group (n=12), and 10 normal subjects were enrolled as control group. The contrast perfusion sonographic features and TIC parameters (including arrival time[AT], time to peak[TTP], rise time[RT] and IMAX were observed and compared.Results The differences of the uniformity with the enhance intensity and the peak intensity level were statistically significant between diffuse group, focal group and control group. The differences of TTP, RT and IMAX were statistically significant between control group and diffuse group, or between control group and focal group.Conclusion The different perfusing characteristics parameters between uterine adenomyosis and normal uterine observed by CEUS and TIC can provide an important reference for the quantitative analysis of adenomyosis. |
