目的 探讨实时剪切波弹性成像技术(SWE)诊断甲状腺疾病的价值。方法 采用SWE技术对63例可疑甲状腺疾病患者进行检查,分别测量剪切波速度(SWV)及杨氏模量值(EI),分析不同病变弹性参数的差异。结果 恶性结节及炎性病变SWV及EI较正常腺体明显增大(P<0.05),良性结节SWV及EI与正常腺体比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);恶性结节SWV及EI较良性结节明显增大(P<0.05),恶性结节SWV及EI较炎性病变明显增大(P<0.05)。SWV及EI测值可重复性好。结论 SWE有助于甲状腺疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断。 |

Objective To investigate the value of shear wave elastography (SWE) in evaluation of thyroid diseases. Methods A total of 63 patients suspected thyroid disease underwent SWE examination. SWE parameters of shear wave velocity (SWV) and elasticity index (EI) were obtained, and difference of SWE parameters in different types lesions were analyzed. Results SWV and EI were higher in malignancy and thyroiditis than those in normal thyroid (P<0.05), while there was no statistical difference of SWV and EI between benign nodules and normal thyroid. SWV and EI were higher in malignancy than those in thyroiditis and benign nodules (P<0.05). The test-retest reliability of SWV and EI at different times of measurement was high. Conclusion SWE is helpful for the identification of thyroid diseases. |
