幻肢痛(PLP)是截肢后常见的并发症,严重影响患者的生活质量.截肢后出现不适应的皮层重组和控制该肢体的感觉功能活动保留是PLP发生的主要可能机制.由于PLP的发生机制尚未完全明确,目前尚无非常有效的治疗手段.随着MR技术的发展,fMRI可无创、直观地显示脑区的活动,已成为评估大脑功能变化的重要手段,为PLP机制的研究提供了有效的方法.本文对PLP发生机制的fMRI研究进展进行综述. |

Phantom limb pain (PLP) is a common complication after amputation, which seriously affects the life quality of patients. Maladaptive cortical reorganization and sensory function preservation of the former limb after amputation are two possible mechanisms. As the mechanism of PLP is unclear, there is still no very effective therapeutic method now. With the development of MR technology, fMRI which is non-invasive, intuitively display brain activity is becoming an important method for the assessment of brain function, providing an effective method for the research of pathogenetic mechanisms of PLP. The research progresses of fMRI on pathogenetic mechanisms of PLP were reviewed in this article. |
