目的 探讨胎儿耳廓大小与孕周及各生长参数之间的关系.方法 随机选取孕11~40周正常胎儿214胎.采用三维超声对近探头一侧胎儿耳廓进行显示,观察不同孕周胎儿耳廓三维超声图像特征,测量耳廓长度、宽度,对耳廓长度、宽度与孕周进行线性回归分析.结果 三维超声成功显示耳廓178胎,显示率83.18%(178/214).三维超声最早于孕11+5周时显示胎儿耳廓,随着孕周的增大,耳廓长度、宽度也随之增加;至33周胎儿耳廓形态已基本定型,与成人耳廓相似.胎儿耳廓长度和宽度与孕周呈正相关(r=0.95、0.96,P均<0.01),回归方程分别为YL=0.11X-0.56、YW=0.07X-0.48,其中YL为耳廓长度,YW为耳廓宽度,X为胎儿孕周.结论 三维超声可清晰显示孕11+5周后近探头一侧的胎儿耳廓,且显示率较高,有助于产前检出胎儿耳廓畸形. |

Objective To explore the relationship among the size of auricle, gestational age (GA) and morphological characteristics of auricle in fetus. Methods Totally 214 normal fetuses at 11-40 weeks of GA were selected. The fetal auricle near the probe with 3D volumetric mechanical was detected. The 3D images features of auricle were observed, and the length and width of auricle were measured. Linear regression analysis was performed between length, width of auricle and GA. Results All of 178 fetuses were successfully displayed with 3DUS. The detection rate of auricles was 83.18% (178/214). Fetal auricle could be displayed as early as 11+5 weeks of GA on the 3DUS; with the increasing of GA, the length and width of auricle increased; the auricle in 33 weeks of GA had the basic shape and similar to adults. There was a high correlation between fetal length, width of auricle and GA (r=0.95, 0.96, both P<0.01). The regression equations were YL=0.11X-0.56 and YW=0.07X-0.48, respectively, YL was the length of the auricle, YW was the width of the auricle, X was fetal GA. Conclusion The 3DUS can clearly show fetal auricle surface anatomy, the 3D images can provide detailed morphological information after 11+5 weeks of GA, and shows a high success rate, which is helpful for the diagnosis of auricle malformation. |
