目的 探讨卵巢平滑肌瘤的超声、CT及MRI的特征.方法 回顾性分析经手术病理学证实的11例卵巢平滑肌瘤患者的术前影像学(超声检查9例,CT平扫 7例,增强CT 3例,MRI 4例)表现.结果 9例(9/9,100%)超声检查均表现为实质性肿块;病灶内血流信号不明显5例(5/9,55.56%),可见血流信号4例(4/9,44.44%).7例(7/7,100%)CT平扫均表现为软组织密度包块,内部密度欠均匀,边界清;3例(3/3,100%)增强CT肿块均强化.4例(4/4,100%)MRI均表现为局限性肿块影,圆形或类圆形,边界清;T1WI低信号3例(3/4,75.00%),等信号1例(1/4,25.00%);T2低信号2例(2/4,50.00%),混杂信号2例(2/4,50.00%).3例(3/11,27.27%)血清癌抗原125(CA125)升高.结果 卵巢平滑肌瘤的超声表现为良性肿瘤的特征,CT和MRI可清晰地显示肿物内部构成,增强CT有利于鉴别卵巢良、恶性肿瘤. |

Objective To investigate the ultrasound, CT and MRI imaging features of ovarian leiomyoma. Methods The ultrasound, CT and MRI imaging features of eleven patients with pathology proved ovarian fibroids were retrospectively reviewed (9 cases underwent ultrasound, 7 cases underwent CT plan scan, 3 cases underwent enhanced CT, 4 cases underwent MRI). Results Ultrasound examination showed solid masses in all 9 cases (9/9, 100%), including 5 cases (5/9, 55.56%) of masses without blood flow and 4 cases (4/9, 44.44%) of masses with minimal blood flow. CT plan scan showed soft tissue masses, heterogeneous density in all 7 cases (7/7, 100%),and the tumors had well-defined borders. The mass were strengthened (3/3, 100%) in all 3 cases (3/3, 100%) by enhanced CT scan. MRI showed well circumscribed masses with round or class round shape, well-defined borders, 3 cases (3/4, 75.00%) were exhibited low-intensity signals on T1WI. One case (1/4, 25.00%) was equal-intensity signals on T1WI; 2 cases (2/4, 50.00%) were low-intensity signals on T2WI, and 2 cases (2/4, 50.00%) were mixed-intensity signals on T2WI. The level cancer antigen 125 (CA125) of 3 cases were elevated. Conclusion Ovarian leiomyoma shows benign traits on ultrasound, CT and MRI show the internal components of the masses clearly. Enhanced CT can play an important role in differentiating benign and malignant ovarian masses. |
