| 18F-NaF作为一种骨显像剂,在监测肿瘤骨转移中已得到肯定。近年来,18F-NaF PET/CT诊断骨良性病变的研究被越来越多的学者所报道。本文就与X线、CT、99Tcm-MDP骨扫描及MRI相比,18F-NaF PET/CT对感染、关节炎、创伤、骨良性肿瘤、骨瘤样病变及代谢性骨病的显像优势进行综述。 |

| 18F-NaF has been affirmed as a positron-emitting bone-seeking agent in monitoring tumor osseous metastasis. Recently, 18F-NaF PET/CT in the diagnosis of benign lesions is reported by more and more scholars. The comparison of 18F-NaF PET/CT with X-ray, CT, 99Tcm-MDP bone scan or MRI in the diagnosis of infection, arthritis, traumabenign tumors, tumor-like lesions, and metabolic bone diseases were reviewed in this article. |
