      目的 探讨运动校准相位敏感反转恢复序列(moco PSIR)成像在心律失常患者中应用的价值。方法 收集拟行心律失常介入消融术的60例患者,均行心脏MR检查,序列包括心脏电影成像、LGE成像、moco PSIR成像。比较LGE与moco PSIR成像的图像质量及对延迟强化病灶的检出情况。结果 对60例患者共采集左心室短轴LGE图像、moco PSIR图像各180幅。LGE与moco PSIR图像比较,二者图像质量差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.88,P<0.01)。LGE图像中,延迟强化阳性病灶见于12例患者共15幅图像。moco PSIR图像中,总计17例患者共23幅左心室短轴图像可见延迟强化阳性病灶。结论 对心律失常患者进行心脏MR检查时,采用moco PSIR序列进行延迟强化成像,图像质量好,有助于延迟强化病灶的检出。

      Objective To explore the value of motion-corrected phase-sensitive inversion recovery(moco PSIR) imaging in arrhythmia patients. Methods Totally 60 arrhythmia patients who were planned to receive the interventional ablation therapy were enrolled. All the patients received cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR) examinations. The sequences including cine MR, conventional LGE imaging and moco PSIR imaging were performed. The differences of image quality and ability to detect the delayed enhancement lesions were compared between conventional LGE and moco PSIR. Results In 60 patients, 180 left ventricle short-axis conventional LGE images and 180 moco PSIR images were analyzed. There were significant differences of image qualities between the two techniques(χ2=14.88, P<0.01). In the conventional LGE images, 15 images of 12 patients revealed delayed enhancement lesions. In the moco PSIR images, there were 23 images of 17 patients showed delayed enhanced lesions. Conclusion The moco PSIR sequence can be used to improve the image quality and detection rate of delayed enhancement lesions in arrhythmia patients.
