| 目的 探讨纵隔原发性内胚窦瘤的CT表现。方法 回顾性分析9例经病理证实的纵隔原发性内胚窦瘤患者的CT及临床资料,对9例均行CT平扫及增强扫描。结果 全部患者均为前纵隔单发实性肿块,最大直径为7.5~17.7 cm,CT显示肿瘤均为类圆形,平扫密度不均匀,增强扫描不均匀明显强化,中央见坏死无强化区,4例动脉期可见自周边向中心的不规则条状及网状血管影,5例周边部呈不规则厚壁环状明显强化;7例侵犯邻近胸膜,2例侵犯前胸壁;4例合并中量胸腔积液,1例合并心包积液;2例见肺内转移,1例肺门淋巴结转移。结论 纵隔原发性内胚窦瘤具有相对特征性的CT表现。 |

| Objective To explore the manifestations of primary mediastinal endodermal sinus tumor. Methods CT findings and clinic datas of 9 patients with endodermal sinus tumor located in anterior mediastinal confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. CT scanning including plain and contrast-enhanced CT scans was performed for all patients. Results All cases revealed single solid masses, the diameter range from 7.5-17.7 cm, CT showed that the tumors were round and uneven density in plain CT, enhancement scanning showed obvious enhancement, and the central necrosis without reinforced region. The peripheral to the center and the irregular strip of arterial blood vessels can be seen in 4 cases, 5 cases showed irregular thick wall surrounding the annular enhancement obviously. In 9 cases, 7 cases had pleura invasion, with the chest wall invasion in 2 cases. Moderate amount of pleural effusion were found in 4 cases, with 1 case of hydropericardium, 2 cases of pulmonary metastasis and 1 case of hilum lymph node metastasis were found. Conclusion Primary mediastinal endodermal sinus tumor has relative characteristic CT performance. |
