对前列腺癌的评估很大程度上依赖影像学技术,目前普遍应用的影像学方法有超声、CT及MRI(包括常规T2WI、增强T1WI、DWI),但其在显示前列腺癌(尤其是早期病变和易漏诊部位)方面仍有一定局限性。近年来日益发展的MRS可量化分析特定代谢物,其诊断前列腺癌有较高的敏感度及特异度,同时在前列腺癌的随访及预测、判断侵袭程度、导向手段及评判治疗效果方面也具有重要价值。 |

The assessment of prostate cancer has largely depended on the imaging technology.For now,imaging methods in evaluation on prostate cancer includes ultrasound,CT and MRI (including routine T2WI and enhanced T1WI,DWI),but these still have some limits in demonstration of prostate cancer (especially the early lessions and easily misdiagnosed parts).The recently developed MRS has higher sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of prostate cancer because of its unique advantages which is quantitative analysis of particular metabolite.Meanwhile,MRS has shown great potential in follow-up & prediction,aggressive judgement,guiding image and response evaluation of the prostate cancer. |
