双源CT(DSCT)双能量虚拟平扫技术(VNC)不但能有效降低患者接受的辐射剂量,而且可提供更多影像诊断信息。目前VNC已广泛应用于临床,如对颅脑出血性疾病及脑膜瘤的评价,对肾结石、肝脏疾病、胃肠道肿瘤、胰腺病变及肺部良恶性结节的诊断。本文对DSCT双能量VNC技术的临床应用价值及研究进展进行综述。 |

Technology of dual-energy virtual non-contrast (VNC) of dual source CT (DSCT) can not only effectively reduce the radiation dose for patients' CT examination,but also provide further diagnostic imaging information.At present,technology of VNC has already been applied widely in clinical practice,etc,assessing cerebral ischemic and hemorrhagic disease and meningioma,evaluating kidney stones,liver diseases,gastrointestinal tumors,pancreatic lesions and benign and malignant lung nodules.The value of clinical applications and research progresses of dual-energy VNC of DSCT was reviewed in this article. |
