      目的 探讨声触诊组织定量技术检测正常儿童肾皮质弹性的价值。方法 超声诊断仪检测600名健康儿童双侧肾脏皮质SWV值,比较不同年龄、性别、侧别间SWV值差异;对372名儿童同时测量双侧肾脏大小(以肾脏长轴最大径线作为肾脏长度,以此值为参考),比较不同肾脏大小SWV值差异;对101名儿童分别测量双侧肾脏中极和下极SWV值,比较不同取样部位SWV值差异;对31名5~6岁儿童分别用4C-1凸阵探头和9L-4线阵探头测肾脏SWV值,比较不同探头间肾脏SWV值差异。结果 健康儿童不同年龄、肾脏大小、取样部位间肾皮质SWV值差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);而不同性别、侧别、探头间肾皮质SWV值差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 ARFI可用于儿童肾脏弹性检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore value of virtual touch tissue quantification (VTQ) in measure of kidney cortex elasticity in normal children.Methods Totally 600 children underwent acoustic radiation force impulse imaging (ARFI),shear wave velocity (SWV) values were compared among different age,different gender and different sides of chidren.Kidney length was measured in 372 children and SWV values were compared among different kidney length.Sampling location (the middle pole and the lower pole) was measured in 101 children and SWV value were cmpared between the middle pole and the lower pole of kidney.4C-1 and 9L-4 probe were applicated in 31 children and SWV value were cmpared between chidren using different probes.Results There were significant differences of SWV among different age,different kidney size and sampling location (all P<0.05);there were no significant differences of SWV among different gender,different sides and different probes (all P>0.05).Conclusion ARFI can be used to measure the kidney elastography of normal children.
