目的 观察低强度脉冲超声(LIPUS)对离体大鼠膀胱平滑肌收缩的影响。方法 将32只SD雌性大鼠的32段离体膀胱肌条随机分为超声辐照组、超声辐照+尼莫地平组、超声辐照+低分子肝素组及对照组,每组各8段。采用BL-410F生物机能实验系统测量并记录超声辐照组、超声辐照+尼莫地平组、超声辐照+低分子肝素组在LIPUS辐照前、后的收缩曲线,并比较3组膀胱平滑肌条收缩频率、幅度。对超声辐照组LIPUS辐照后和对照组膀胱平滑肌进行组织病理学观察。结果 与LIPUS辐照前比较,辐照后超声辐照组的收缩频率和幅度均明显增加(P均<0.05),超声辐照+尼莫地平组的收缩频率和幅度均明显降低(P均<0.05),超声辐照+低分子肝素组的收缩频率和幅度均无明显变化(P均>0.05)。组织病理学显示超声辐照组膀胱平滑肌细胞与对照组比较无明显差异。结论 LIPUS辐照可激活膀胱平滑肌细胞膜L-型钙通道,继而引起膀胱平滑肌的收缩增强。 |

Objective To observe the influence of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) on contraction of rats bladder smooth muscle in vitro.Methods Totally 32 bladder smooth muscle strips of 32 female SD rats in vitro were randomly divided into four groups:Ultrasound exposure group (n=8),ultrasound and nimodipine group (n=8),ultrasound and low molecular weight heparin group (n=8),control group (n=8).The contraction curves were measured and recorded with BL-410F biological function experimental system before and after LIPUS irradiation.The contraction frequency and amplitude were analyzed.The bladder smooth muscle histopathology of ultrasound exposure group (after LIPUS irradiation) and control group were observed under the microscope.Results Compared with before LIPUS irradiation,the contraction frequency and amplitude of bladder smooth muscle both significantly increased in ultrasound exposure group after LIPUS irradiation (both P<0.05),the contraction frequency and amplitude of bladder smooth muscle both significantly decreased in ultrasound and nimodipine group after LIPUS irradiation (both P<0.05),the contraction frequency and amplitude of bladder smooth muscle had no obvious differences in ultrasound and low molecular weight heparin group after LIPUS irradiation (both P>0.05).Bladder smooth muscle cells had no obvious morphologic changes between ultrasound exposure group and control group.Conclusion L-type calcium channels in bladder smooth muscle cells is induced by LIPUS,which can cause contractility of bladder smooth muscle increase. |
