Targeted ultrasound contrast imaging plays an important role in molecular imaging. With the rapid development of contrast enhanced ultrasound technology and bio-nanotechnology, nanoscale targeted ultrasound contrast media has emerged. The characteristics and synthesis of nanoscale targeted ultrasound contrast media, as well as the diagnostic and therapeutic applications in the tumor lesions were reviewed in this article. |
