125I粒子立体定向近距离放射治疗术具有微创、肿瘤靶区剂量高、周围组织接受剂量低的特点,近年来逐步选择性应用于颅内肿瘤的治疗中,能够抑制肿瘤生长,改善局部神经症状,延长患者的生存期。本文就目前125I粒子立体定向近距离放射治疗在颅内肿瘤中的应用进展做一综述。 |

As a minimally invasive treatment, stereotactic iodine-125 brachytherapy (125I-SBT) allows a high dose of radiation to be given to the lesion area while sparing normal tissue beyond the vicinity of the tumor. In recent years, 125I-SBT has been applied in intracranial tumors, and it can suppress tumor growth, improve local control, and prolong survival in patients. The application progress of 125I-SBT for the treatment of intracranial tumors was reviewed in this article. |
