      目的 探讨基于自适应点扩散函数的方法对锥束CT散射校正的效果。方法 通过加入遮挡板的方法来获取投影图像部分区域散射分布;建立散射分布模型,利用遮挡区域散射分布,自适应地调整扩散函数模型参数,然后进行散射估计和校正;对遮挡区域进行修复,以减少断层重建噪声。结果 基于自适应点扩散函数的方法不需要重复扫描被测物体,能高效地对不同厚度和密度的物体进行锥束CT散射校正,可减少因散射造成的杯状伪影和条纹状伪影,与相比、杯状伪影从校正前的26.09%下降到1.26%,即减少约95.17%。结论 基于自适应点扩散函数的方法可有效进行散射校正、降低杯状伪影和条纹状伪影,校正后图像质量明显增加。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the scatter correction in cone beam computer tomography (CBCT) using self-adaptive scattered point spread function. Methods Firstly, a physical attenuator consisting of crossed lead strips was mounted on the project, which obtain the partial scattering signal of projection image. Secondly, a mathematical model of the scatter distribution was created, and a group of self-adaptive scattered point spread function parameters for different object was get. Finally, complete the image of blocked region and reconstruct the tomography image were completed. Results The proposed method could be used in different thickness phantoms and produces substantial image quality improvements through a single-scan acquisition. The cupping artifacts were felled to 26.09% from 26.09% before the correction, reduced by an average of 95%. Conclusion The results demonstrate that the self-adaptive scattered point spread function is effective for reducing the cupping artifacts and streak artifacts, and improving the quality of the corrected image.
