      目的 探讨肾透明细胞癌(ccRCC)的CEUS超声造影增强模式与Fuhrman核分级的关系。方法 对62例ccRCC患者行CEUS检查,观察超声造影表现,分析时间-强度曲线指标,评价ccRCC增强模式与Fuhrman核分级的关系。结果 不同Fuhrman核分级ccRCC间,病灶直径差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),假包膜显示率差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),时间-强度曲线峰值时间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Fuhrman核分级Ⅰ级ccRCC的CEUS增强模式以"慢进慢退"为主(14/35,40.00%),Fuhrman核分级Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级ccRCC曲线尖度均高于Ⅰ级(P均<0.05)。结论 ccRCC的CEUS增强模式、时间-强度曲线峰值时间及曲线尖度均与Fuhrman核分级有关。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the relation between CEUS enhancement mode and Fuhrman nuclear grading in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). Methods Totally 62 patients with ccRCC underwent CEUS. The ultrasonic features of ccRCC and parameters of time-intensity curve were observed and analyzed. The relation between enhancement mode of CEUS and Fuhrman nuclear grading was evaluated. Results Among ccRCC patients of different Fuhrman nuclear grading, there were statistical differences of the diameter of lesion and the peak time of time-intensity curve (all P<0.05), while the rate of psuedocapsule displaying had no significant difference (both P>0.05). The enhancement mode of Fuhrman nuclear grade Ⅰ ccRCC was mainly to "slow in and slow out" mode (14/35, 40.00%). The sharpness of time-intensity curve in Fuhrman nuclear grade Ⅰ ccRCC was lower than that in grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ ccRCCs respectively (both P<0.05). Conclusion The enhancement mode of CEUS, peak time and sharpness of time-intensity curve are all related to Fuhrman nuclear grading in ccRCC patients.
