目的 系统评价CEUS对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 系统检索PubMed、Embase、Medline、CBM和CNKI数据库,收集公开发表的关于CEUS诊断卵巢肿瘤的文献资料。采用诊断性实验准确性质量评价工具(QUADAS)评价文献质量。应用Meta-Disc 1.4 软件进行统计分析,得到合并效应量,并绘制汇总受试者工作特征曲线(SROC曲线)。使用Deeks漏斗图评估发表偏倚。结果 共纳入16篇文献,合并的敏感度、特异度和诊断比值比分别为0.89(0.85~0.92)、0.92(0.90~0.94)和103.33(55.79~191.39);SROC曲线下面积为0.97(SE 0.01)。Deeks 漏斗图未见明显发表偏倚。结论 CEUS对卵巢恶性肿瘤具有较高的诊断效能。 |

Objective To systematically assess the overall diagnostic performance of CEUS for differentiation of malignant from benign ovarian tumors. Methods PubMed, Embase, Medline, CBM and CNKI databases were systematically searched for relevant articles. Methodological quality of studies was assessed according to the Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies (QUADAS) tool. Data were pooled to yield summary sensitivity, specificity, diagnostic odds ratio (DOR) and summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curve by using Meta-Disc version 1.4 software. Deeks funnel plot was conducted to assess publication bias. Results Sixteen independent studies were enrolled. The pooled statistics of sensitivity, specificity and DOR were 0.89 (0.85—0.92), 0.92 (0.90—0.94) and 103.33 (55.79—191.39), respectively;and the area under the SROC curve was 0.97 (SE 0.01). No publication bias was detected in this meta-analysis. Conclusion CEUS has high diagnostic accuracy in differentiation of malignant from benign ovarian tumors and it may be used preoperatively as a valid diagnostic method in patients suspected of malignant ovarian tumors. |
