      糖尿病(DM)是以血糖升高为特征的伴随多系统并发症的综合性代谢疾病,中枢神经系统是最易受累的部位之一.早期发现DM所致的大脑微结构损伤以及神经生理、代谢活动等改变已成为近年来的研究热点.1H-MRS是唯一活体检测人脑多种代谢物变化的较敏感的无创性方法,并有望成为诊断与评估DM脑微结构损伤的敏感性生物学指标.本文从临床和基础研究两方面对1H-MRS评价DM患者脑微结构及功能性改变的价值进行综述.
英文摘要:
      Diabetes mellitus is a kind of systematic metabolic disease, which is usually characterized by hyperglycemia and accompanied with multi-system complications. Central nervous system is one of the most involvement systems. Diagnosing DM associated cerebral neurophysiologic and structural changes have became the focus of current researches. 1H-MRS is the only noninvasive and sensitive technique which can provide information on the anatomical, functional and metabolic aspects of the brain. It may be a promising biological marker for diagnosis and evaluation on brain structural damage. This review focused on the value of 1H-MRS on evaluating the changes of anatomical, functional and metabolic aspects of the brain damage based on clinical and basic researches.
