       目的 探讨兔急性痛风性关节炎模型CT灌注参数与转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的相关性。方法 将35只新西兰大白兔随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组不予任何处理;实验组同时间内向右膝关节腔内注入尿酸钠溶液,向左膝关节腔内注入0.9%生理盐水。按不同时间段随机抽取5只新西兰大白兔行CT灌注检查,测得ROI的血容量(BV)、血流量(BF)、毛细血管通透性(PS),并检测双侧膝关节液中TGF-β1、VEGF的含量。结果 实验组右侧膝关节BV、BF、PS、TGF-β1、VEGF分别与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.16、3.87、4.01、2.72、3.75,P均<0.05);BV、BF、PS与VEGF呈正相关(r=0.87、0.95、0.91,P均<0.01),与TGF-β1呈非线性相关(rs=0.77、0.70、0.80,P均<0.01);TGF-β1与VEGF呈非线性相关(rs=0.59,P<0.01)。结论 兔急性痛风性关节炎模型的CT灌注参数与TGF-β1、VEGF表达存在相关性,CT灌注成像在一定程度上能够评估TGF-β1、VEGF在兔急性痛风性关节炎发病过程中的变化规律。

      Objective To explore the correlation of CT perfusion parameters and expression of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in rabbits with acute gouty arthritis. Methods Thirty-five New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups. Rabbits of control group have no treatment, rabbits of the experimental group were injected sodium urate solution in right knee within the same time, resulting in acute gouty arthritis disease model. The left knee joint were injected 0.9% normal saline in the same way. Five New Zealand white rabbits which were randomly selected in the different time period underwent CT perfusion scan, and then the blood volume (BV), blood flow (BF), permeability surface (PS) of ROI were measured and the content of TGF-β1, VEGF in both knees solution were detected. Results The difference of BV, BF, PS, TGF-β1 and VEGF of the right knee joint between the experimental group and control group, was statistically significant (t=5.16, 3.87, 4.01, 2.72, 3.75, all P<0.05). There was positive correlation between CT perfusion parameters and VEGF (r=0.87, 0.95, 0.91, all P<0.01), there was nonlinear correlation between CT perfusion parameters and TGF-β1 (r=0.77, 0.70, 0.80, all P<0.01), there was nonlinear correlation between TGF-β1 and VEGF (r=0.59, P<0.01). Conclusion CT perfusion parameters and expression of TGF-β1, VEGF have correlation, and CT perfusion imaging can be used to assess variation of TGF-β1, VEGF in disease process of rabbits with acute gouty arthritis.
