      131I-SPECT/CT融合显像技术整合功能影像学和解剖影像学于一体,可同时反映病灶的131I摄取功能和解剖结构信息,在分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)的诊治中具有重要作用。相对于全身平面131I扫描(131I-WBS)而言,131I-SPECT/CT在病灶的定性及定位诊断,肿瘤分期与危险性分层,对131I治疗剂量的估算等方面具有重要的临床价值。本文就131I-SPECT/CT融合显像技术在DTC诊治中的应用进行综述。
英文摘要:
      131I-SPECT/CT plays an important role in the management of differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) patients, because it can allow accurate alignment of anatomical and functional images in an all-in-one procedure and show metabolic and anatomical information of a lesion. When compared with 131I-WBS, 131I-SPECT/CT may provide a more important contribution to the identification and localization of radioiodine uptake sites, staging and risk stratification, clinical management as well as highly accurate dosimetry-based 131I treatment in patients with DTC. The clinical value of 131I-SPECT/CT in the management of differentiated thyroid cancer was reviewed in this paper.
